In following my friends' blogs in recent weeks, I have gotten that pesky little craft bug. Don't get me wrong, I have always been crafty. It's just finding a time to fit it while taking care of three kids (actually 1 husband and two kids) and a full time job. My absolute favorite crafty thing to do is scrapbook. However, all of my stuff is in storage and I don't have a place to keep it here.
I finally found a project that I could work on at night after the kids were in bed.

Here is a picture of the afghan that I have started for Abbie. The pattern is just a simple granny square with pink, green, and white yarn. I am using a size J hook. I made one for Lucius and Maggie before they were born. (Below is the picture of Maggie's blanket. I guess Lucius' blanket is in a box at the storage unit.)

I REALLY want to learn how to smock, but I know that is definitely a dream at this point. About the time that I will actually be able to learn, my kids will probably be too old to wear those cute little outfits!!!

Speaking of which, I found Lucius's Easter outfit this past weekend. He was so very excited when I showed it to him. And the blue is so handsome with his blue eyes. I found this outfit at Belk. While shopping, I just had to look at the little girls' section and found this smocked dress for Maggie.

Updates for Doctor Appointments: I see the OB on Wednesday and the Lung doctor on Thursday of this week. Both are just routine check ups.
Only Six more weeks until Abbie gets here!!!
