Easter Egg Hunt and Labor and Delivery Room

Yesterday our church hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for the preschool kids. Unfortunately, it had been raining all morning, so we couldn't have an outdoors hunt. However, the coordinators moved everything inside. It was a little crowded, but the kids didn't mind. They had one big room where the kids hunted for eggs. Then there were four other rooms where the kids rotated in and out each having a chance to have a snack, color pictures, see the Easter Bunny, play with bubbles and some other games.

Lucius was a little confused as to why all the eggs were just laying on the floor. He grabbed his limit of 12 eggs in a matter of five minutes. Then we spent the next ten minutes looking for eggs that we like better and switching them out.

This was the first year that Maggie was able to hunt for eggs. She was very excited that when she found her Nemo egg! Hopefully next weekend will bring better weather so that the kids can get out and hunt for eggs at Nana's house.

And yes...if you can believe it I am currently sitting in a labor and delivery room, playing on the computer and waiting for the nurses to come get me for my c-section. I will have pictures later today!!!This is a picture of me at the hospital with my mom and grandmother.
